It is a simple change designed to give you more time for the things that matter, without missing the support you need from our Patient Support Team.

From 14 July 2025, getting in touch with the Releaf Patient Support Team got a whole lot easier…

It’s no secret that the last thing anyone wants to do is sit around on hold, which is why we have introduced a new callback option when you phone our Patient Support Team. Instead of staying on the line, you can ask us to ring you back, and we will keep your place in the queue. As soon as we are free, we will call, so you can get on with your day while still getting the support you’re looking for.

How the Releaf callback feature works

If all members of our Patient Support Team are on other calls, and you are placed in the hold queue, all you have to do is:

  • Press the star key on your keypad at any point. 
  • This instantly triggers a callback request. You will hear a confirmation message and the call will end, but your place in the queue is saved automatically.

Unlike other callback services that often offer only a single, annoyingly fleeting chance to request a return call, ours lets you decide exactly when to use it. Press the star key whenever it suits you while you are on hold, and we will take care of the rest.
