    Interview process

    We think it’s important to be transparent so want you to know that once you submit your CV our recruitment team reviews it to assess how well your skills and experience align with the role. If your application is shortlisted, we’ll contact you to arrange an interview. Assuming this goes well, we’ll move to a second stage interview where we may ask you to complete a short task — a brief is always shared in advance and we understand the importance of flexibility with timings. We aim to make the process respectful, timely and informative.
