I had an excellent initial consultation with Cheyenne Pradere at Releaf. Cheyenne was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely thorough throughout our conversation. She took the time to explain the entire process clearly, including what to expect at each stage, what I should and shouldn't do, and the next steps. What particularly impressed me was how comprehensive her explanations were. She anticipated and answered several of my questions before I even had the chance to ask them. For the questions I did raise, she provided clear, detailed answers and made sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated her patient and reassuring approach. I came away from the consultation feeling well-informed and confident about what to expect. Thank you, Cheyenne, for making my first consultation such a positive experience. Your professionalism and attention to detail are genuinely appreciated. Although my prescription is still going through the review process, my experience of the initial consultation has been excellent.

Honest, pragmatic care

Honest, pragmatic care. I feel I am in a better place now that I finally have some respite from my symptoms. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable whilst still performing their duty of care towards their patients.
