I was impressed with the considered consultation and the explanation of my treatment. A straightforward and efficient process.

Excellent help. No judgment. Patient focused.

I completed the online eligibility questions and added a short description of my conditions. I booked an online appointment. I had a fantastic consultation with Dr. Alifa Isaacs-Itua. I explained my situation and circumstances and unlike the hospital staff I interact with, I wasn’t ushered out after 4 minutes with a ‘there’s nothing I can do’ or a ‘I’ll refer you to X or Y department but there’s a 35 week minimum waiting time’ then left with no support. (This is not a criticism of the NHS, I understand how busy they are.) The conversation was detailed, linked to my medical records and aimed at me and my needs. It’s the first time someone has asked me ‘what would you like to get out of this?’ A starting treatment was suggested and everything was explained very clearly. Payment was easy and then 24 hours later I received my patient card and half of the first prescription on my treatment journey. If you, like me have a condition/s and feel that your needs could be met another way… Then without judgement or impatient professionals, I would recommend Releaf as way to have someone listen and offer a way to support you.
