Your steps: How to send a referral
Step 1: Log into your Releaf account
The first step is to head over to the Releaf homepage and log into your Patient Dashboard. To do so, simply head to releaf.co.uk and click on the 'My account' button found at the top right-hand corner of the homepage.

Step 2: Copy and share your Releaf referral code
Next:
- Click on the 'Refer a friend' tab on the left-hand side cascading menu. This will bring you to the Refer a Friend page.

You can now share that link through email, text, or social media - really, in any way that suits you and your friend.

In terms of your input, that’s the end of the road. It is now up to the friend/s that you have shared your referral code with to finish up the following steps.
Your friend’s steps: What they need to do next
For you to receive your £50 Amazon Gift Card, the friend you refer must follow the full sign-up process and receive at least one prescription through Releaf.
Step 1: Complete the Releaf medical cannabis eligibility checker
Your friend/s will first need to head to our fast and free medical cannabis eligibility checker. It takes less than 30 seconds to complete and comprises just three simple, straightforward questions. Once completed, they will immediately receive their results and be asked to create a free Releaf account (if they are found to be potentially eligible for medical cannabis treatment with Releaf)
Step 2: Successfully register with Releaf
Once your friend/s have completed the eligibility checker and received confirmation that they may qualify for treatment, the next step is to create their free account for the Releaf Patient Dashboard.
The Releaf Patient Dashboard is where all Releaf patients can easily manage their consultation bookings, prescriptions, payments, and delivery updates - among a range of other useful services.
Step 3: Share their medical records or consent for Releaf to request them
As part of the registration and triage process, your friend/s will next be asked to share their medical records. To make life a little easier, they can also elect to permit Releaf to automatically access their medical records by simply entering their details using our integrated NHS login feature.
Once this information has been received and processed, your friend/s will be ready for their initial consultation with one of Releaf's world-class clinical team.
Step 4: Book and attend their initial consultation
At this stage, your friend is ready to schedule their first consultation with a Releaf specialist. They can do this easily through the Releaf Patient Dashboard, where they will see available appointment openings and choose a day/time that suits them.
During the consultation, one of Releaf’s highly trained specialists will verify their medical history, symptoms, and suitability for medical cannabis treatment. If they are approved, they will receive a prescription (after this prescription has first been reviewed by our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) for approval).
Step 5: Pay for and receive their prescription
After their consultation and approval by the MDT review of their initial prescription, their prescription will be available for payment in their Patient Dashboard. Once payment has been made, the prescription will be sent out to our partner pharmacy.
Once they have completed this step and successfully placed an order for their prescribed medication, the process is complete!
Frequently Asked Questions - Releaf’s Refer a Friend scheme
Can all Releaf patients participate in the Releaf Refer a Friend scheme?
Yes, all Releaf patients who have completed the entire sign-up process (including paying for at least one prescription) can participate in the Refer a Friend scheme.
Are there any restrictions on who can be referred?
Yes, your friend must not have been a Releaf patient in the last three months before registering through your link.
When will I receive my £50 Amazon Gift Card?
Gift Cards are emailed up to three months after your friend has purchased their prescribed medication. If you are waiting on an email notifying you that your gift card is on the way, and you are certain that the friend you referred has completed all of their steps, just reach out to our Patient Support Team at support@releaf.co.uk and +44 (0) 20 3657 3346.
Can I refer multiple friends?
Yes, you can refer as many friends as you like. That said, please keep in mind that each friend must meet all eligibility and sign-up requirements for you to receive your gift card.
How do I receive my reward?
Your £50 Amazon gift card will be emailed to the address linked to your Releaf account. Make sure your email is up-to-date.
