Add any relevant notes, then submit the form to complete your self-declaration This lets our world-class clinical team begin the triage process sooner. Your NHS Summary Care Record will still be needed before a prescription is released, but your consultation doesn’t have to be delayed.

You can request an invoice for any of your past or present prescriptions from your Patient Dashboard. Select the ‘Prescriptions’ tab to view all past and present prescriptions and select the prescription you would like the invoice for. Once you have selected the prescription for which you would like an invoice, click ‘Request an invoice' and the invoice will be generated for you.

In the UK, any and all cannabis products containing more than 0.2% THC (or 1 mg THC per container) are considered controlled substances. There is no extra fee for patients transferring from another clinic to Releaf.

Certain insurance providers may offer some form of compensation to cover the cost of your medical cannabis prescription, but ultimately, it depends on the individual insurance plan. Releaf recommends reaching out to your insurance provider to see what you may be eligible for. In some cases, patients may need to provide documentation from their private medical cannabis clinic before treatment begins to receive coverage. We will happily help with all documentation required.

Yes, any veteran applying to become a patient is eligible for a free Initial Consultation and three months of Releaf+ at no cost. To qualify, you must provide one accepted form of evidence confirming your service, such as a Service Record, Certificate of Service, Veterans ID Card, pension documentation, or equivalent verification from recognised service charities. Once the evidence has been verified, our Patient Support Team will refund your Initial Consultation fee and apply three months of Releaf+ to your account.

Alternatively, you can pay-as-you go, which means you will pay for your consultation, prescription and medication delivery fees separately, rather than in one monthly total.
