All prescription items will be sent out with a photocopy of the original paper prescription. You can also access all previous prescriptions by logging into your Patient Dashboard.

Yes, you can pause your Releaf+ membership, but for no more than 3 months at a time. If you pause your membership for a longer period than 90 days, you will be required to start the sign-up process again, should you wish to un pause your membership. You can reschedule your appointment via your Patient Dashboard by clicking the ‘Appointments’ tab on the left-hand side. You can then choose to edit your current appointment time. If you need help with rescheduling your appointment, contact the Patient Support Team at support@releaf.co.uk

Simply click on the "forgot my password" link on the sign in box. A new box will then appear, which will prompt you to enter your Patient Dashboard sign-in email. Once completed, an email will be sent with a password reset link.

Follow-ups are a major part of your treatment journey with Releaf. All patients will have their first follow-up around 60 days after their initial consultation, and then once every 120 days. Your follow-up pathway may vary depending on your treatment progress and clinical needs. You can view, book, and manage your follow-ups directly through your Releaf Patient Dashboard.

Once the MDT review has been completed, the clinical team may request further information from the patient or make a decision based on the medical records and health questionnaire already provided. If the assessing clinician needs any more information from the patient, the patient will receive an email letting them know the issue, and what extra information is required. The patient can respond directly to this email, which will be forwarded to the assessing clinician for review.

All our consultations are conducted by video call in the comfort and privacy of your own home. This means you can be seen by a doctor who specialises in your condition, no matter your location and at a time that is convenient for you. Once you have booked your consultation, you will receive an email confirming the date, time and a link to join on the day. To prepare for appointment you should find a quiet place where you can talk openly about your health and bring along the ID you used to book your appointment, so the doctor can confirm your identity Our doctors are compassionate and knowledgeable, they will take the time to listen to your needs and, if you are eligible, find a treatment plan that suits your condition and lifestyle. If we find that your Summary of Care Record does not contain all the evidence we need to ensure that a medical cannabis prescription is the right course of treatment for you, our clinicians may ask for supporting evidence. This can include evidence of medications you have taken in the past, treatments you have undergone, or evidence of the diagnosis that you are seeking treatment for.

During your consultation, your clinician will suggest a suitable treatment plan based on your condition and lifestyle. Once the doctor has written your prescription, you will be notified and then able to order your medication within your Patient Dashboard. If you wish to reduce your medication quantities, you can do this before you check out. Your doctor will be notified of the change so we can continue to provide you with the best care.
