The Flowersticks are designed to hold up to 0.15 grams of ground dry herb, however you can fill it with slightly less. The devices are designed to consume small amounts of flower very efficiently and more frequently. This allows you to remain in better control of your experience.

Step 1: Fill your Flowerstick with the required dose of your prescribed medical cannabis flower. Make sure that you grind the flower before filling up the Flowerstick Step 2: Select your heat curve on the bottom of the device: High or Low. Step 3: Insert the Flowerstick inside the Series X Heat-Not-Burn device. Flower-end down. Step 4: The device will vibrate indicating that it has turned-on. First vibration accompanied by LED lights flashing indicates pre-heat has started. Allow the device to warm up; indicated by pulsing LEDs, which should take approximately 30 seconds. The device is ready to use when all three LEDs are lit and the device vibrates again. Step 5: Take slow and deep draws through the Flowerstick and enjoy! Step 6: The session will last 3 minutes after warm-up and will vibrate once when finished. Each solid light indicates approximate number of minutes left. Note: Remove Flowerstick if you wish to turn device off before session completes.

Please refer to the Quick Start Guide or the online Releaf Booklet. If you're using the Home Fill System, you'll need to fill the entire pack of 16 Flowersticks. However, you can also remove individual sticks from the pack and hand-fill them if you prefer. There's no need to fill all 16 at once if you prefer to fill your Flowersticks separately. For guidance, watch the "How To Fill Your Flowersticks" video here: http://l.releaf.co.uk/erlxiam. Please note that if you've removed any sticks from a 16-pack, the remaining sticks cannot be filled using the Home Fill Machine, as it requires all 16 sticks to be filled at once. We recommend keeping a separate pack for single-stick filling if that suits your preference.

Use any regular grinder or milling machine to grind the flower into small enough particles to fall into the Flowerstick cavity. Each flower will be slightly different so experiment to find what works best for you.

Excessive movement, vibration, or rattling of the Flowerstick packs may cause the flower to spill out. This is more likely to happen if the sticks are underfilled or if there are fewer sticks in the pack, allowing for more movement.

Any heat you feel is actually from the vapor you are inhaling. The first few puffs can be the warmest as water is evaporating off of the flower, creating what is called ‘hot puff.’ We recommend taking a small puff during the warm-up session to help remove the water vapour before your session starts. Also we recommend that the end of the straw be inside your mouth rather than on your lips (like a drinking straw); this will also remove the hot puff.

No. Unlike other vaporisers, Omura devices do not require cleaning as the flower is contained within the Flowerstick and does not actually come into contact with the device. This means your device stays clean all the time! At most, we recommend turning the device upside down and tapping it lightly to knock out any flower that may have fallen out of the Flowerstick.

Yes, you can. To stop a session halfway through, simply remove the Flowerstick and the Series X will turn-off automatically. To restart the session, insert the Flowerstick and the device will begin to heat-up and the three minute session will restart. To stop a S1 session, press and hold the button until it buzzes to turn it off.

Make sure you have removed the tamping pins after you have tamped the flower before sliding the pack out of the slide box.
Did this answer your question?
Use the tamping plate to compress the ground flower into the Flowersticks only when all of the holes in the tamping plate have been filled to the top. Make sure there isn’t any loose flower remaining in the cavity or it will get stuck between the tamping pins and prevent the tamping plate from compressing properly.

First, ensure that your flower is ground to a fine enough particle size to easily fall into the holes of the Home Fill System. Second, avoid pouring all of the ground flower into the cavity at once. Instead, add the flower gradually until it reaches the top. Then, use the provided spatula to smooth it out before tapping the Home Fill System firmly on a surface. This will help the ground flower fall into the holes and fill the Flowersticks lined up beneath them.
