12 days till Christmas: Releaf’s opening hours and medication delivery cut-off

With the holiday season less than two weeks away, we want to make sure each and every Releaf patient is well-prepared for the slight changes to our normal operating schedule, along with the minor adjustments to medication delivery during this year's festive period.

Here, you'll find a full rundown of all the information covering medication ordering and shipping deadlines, along with the full Releaf clinic operating days/hours to help you plan ahead and have everything you need during this Christmas and New Year break.

What are the prescription ordering and delivery deadlines during the holiday period?

Here's what you need to know if you need to order your next Releaf prescription before (or during) the holiday period.

To guarantee that you receive your medication before Christmas, patients must place their orders by 4 PM on Wednesday, the 23rd of December 2025. That applies to orders from both the Releaf pharmacy and Xeal pharmacy.

Our shipping partner will operate as usual in the lead-up to the Christmas break, ensuring all deliveries are at our patients' doorsteps before the holiday break comes into effect.

If you need a new prescription filled during this time, we recommend checking your medication supply now and placing your order as early as possible.

When is the best time to order?

We heavily suggest that all patients place orders before midday on Friday, the 19th of December, to avoid any last-minute delays. These extra days will help both us here at Releaf, and our pharmacy partner, ensure that your prescription is processed and shipped on time.

What are the clinic closure dates?

Our clinic will also be taking a short break during the festive period. The only days that Releaf will be completely closed are:

  • The 25th and 26th of December 2025(Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
  • The 1st of January 2026 (New Year's Day)

Between the 27th and 31st of December, we will have a slightly reduced number of staff working, but patient support, pharmacy, and clinical team members will still be available to assist you as needed.

Releaf's operating hours will be 8:30 am - 5:30 pm on all days the clinic is open during the holiday period.

Is the Releaf Patient Dashboard Shop open throughout the holiday period?

The last day the shop is open for shipping before the holiday period begins is Tuesday the 23rd of December. The shop will then reopen on the 29th and 30th of December, before closing again for New Years from the 31st of December to the 1st of January 2026.

The shop will then resume normal trading hours from the 2nd of January 2026 onwards.
