ASA: Advertising Standards Authority

The ASA, or Advertising Standards Authority, oversee a set of rules and standards that publishers are required to comply with.

The advertising industry in the UK is regulated by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). This organisation acts as a regulator, upholding a code of practices to ensure a high standard of advertising is maintained by monitoring any deceptive or misleading claims.
