Can natural treatments be used to relieve anxiety?

In the UK, the two most common conditions treated with natural, plant-based options are pain and anxiety. For those with anxiety, plant-based treatments may be therapeutic or beneficial because of their effect on stress and anxiety responses, and mood-uplifting qualities.

Releaf’s natural anxiety products contain different plant chemicals, some of which are able to interact with the brain’s serotonin production. Serotonin is responsible for balancing and stabilising mood, and it's believed this is why plant-based treatments have been shown to alter anxiety responses in a dose-dependent manner, reducing anxiety, and promoting relaxation.

At Releaf, our expert team tailor natural, alternative treatments to suit each individual patient to ensure every patient receives the most beneficial and effective care.
