Could sciatica benefit from natural, alternative treatments?
While we are still awaiting a complete cure for sciatica pain, plant-based treatments have proven to be extremely beneficial in reducing sensory processing, which decreases pain perception, and reducing inflammation, which can improve a persons' ability to move around easily.
Poor sleep and an increased risk of developing secondary psychological conditions like depression and anxiety often accompany Sciatica, and these are areas in which natural sciatica treatments have shown promising potential too.
