CO₂ Extraction
CO₂ extraction is a popular extraction method that uses carbon dioxide to remove active components in cannabis, like THC and CBD, from the plant.
CO₂ extraction is a technique that forces supercritical carbon dioxide through the cannabis plant to draw out their chemical contents. This method of extraction results in cannabis concentrations that can contain a range of flavonoids, cannabinoids and terpenes, and are commonly referred to as CO₂ oils.
